Prohibited Items and Content

This Policy identifies items, services and conduct that are not allowed on the platform. The list is not exhaustive. The platform may remove any item that is unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with the purpose of the marketplace.

1. Stolen or unlawfully acquired items

Stolen goods, items obtained through fraud, items subject to an unresolved ownership dispute, and goods that the seller has no right to dispose of are prohibited. Serial numbers and ownership evidence may be requested.

2. Counterfeits and intellectual-property infringement

Counterfeit parts, fake branding, unauthorised copies and listings that misuse trade marks, photographs, manuals, software or other protected material are prohibited. Compatible or aftermarket parts must not be presented as original manufacturer parts.

3. Weapons, explosives and dangerous devices

Firearms, ammunition, explosive devices, detonators, military ordnance, prohibited weapon components and instructions intended to facilitate harmful use are prohibited. Tools and machinery parts that are lawful in themselves must not be marketed for unlawful harm.

4. Hazardous substances

Prohibited content includes explosives, radioactive materials, highly toxic substances, illegal pesticides, asbestos-containing products where sale is restricted, leaking batteries, unlabelled chemicals and dangerous goods that cannot lawfully be transported through available carriers.

5. Unsafe and recalled products

Products subject to a safety recall, products with a known critical defect, removed protective systems, unsafe modifications, or products that cannot be sold lawfully because they do not meet mandatory safety requirements are prohibited.

6. Regulated and restricted goods

Goods requiring a licence, registration, professional qualification, age verification or special transport may be listed only where the platform expressly supports them and all legal requirements are met. Otherwise they are prohibited.

7. Personal data and documents

Identity documents, payment cards, access credentials, private databases, unlawfully obtained personal data and listings that expose another person’s sensitive information are prohibited. Photographs and descriptions must not reveal unnecessary personal data.

8. Digital and unlawful content

Malware, stolen accounts, bypass tools, illegal software, unauthorised access services, instructions for cyber abuse and other unlawful digital content are prohibited.

9. Fictitious or misleading items

Listings for items that do not exist, bait-and-switch offers, deliberately incorrect prices, misleading availability, duplicate spam listings and advertisements that are not genuine offers for the described item are prohibited.

10. Inappropriate content and conduct

Hate, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, glorification of violence, fraudulent schemes, off-platform payment pressure and content unrelated to lawful marketplace activity are prohibited.

11. Enforcement

The platform may hide or remove content, request evidence, restrict transactions, suspend an account, preserve records, notify affected users or report activity to competent authorities. Users may challenge a moderation decision through the Help Centre where appropriate.
